BIDDING RULES

• Only bid if you are able to afford the amount you offer.
• Please respond directly to the previous bidder so that they will know they've been outbid.
• Do not hide bids.
• Backing out of bids will likely get you blacklisted!

NSFW ADOPTS

• You must be 18+ to bid on any of my NSFW adopts.
• You may not give them to minors.

ALTERATIONS

• I don't do alterations on designs unless it's specifically offered in the listing.
• You may edit your purchased adopt yourself so long as it remains recognizable as the original design.
• Do not remove my signature/watermark.

PAYMENT

• Payment is taken via Wise or Paypal only.
• The invoice must be paid within 48 hours of winning the adopt, or it will go to the next highest bidder.
• Email me if you're interested but need more time (please do so before bidding!). We can work something out!

REFUNDS

• Every sale is final. Be sure you're certain before placing your bid!

RESELLING

• You may resell a design you purchased from me, but it must be for the same price or less than what you purchased it for.
• You may sell it for more only if a significant amount of editing was done to the original piece, or other substantial art pieces are included with the design.

USAGE RIGHTS

• My adopts are for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may, of course, commission more artwork of the adopt for personal use.
• You may repost the purchased artwork on your personal sites (FA, Twitter, etc.).
• When reposting the purchased artwork, you must credit me (ghøul) as the artist in the submission description. A link to my FurAffinity would be appreciated, but not required.

ALLOWED USES

• You may use my bases to create: adopts, reference sheets, custom characters, commission work.
• You may modify, edit, recolor, and add your own lineart or details.
• You may use the base for profit, including paid adopts and customs.

NOT ALLOWED

• Do not resell, share, trade, gift, or redistribute the PSD file, lineart, or base assets.
• Do not claim the original lineart or base as your own.
• Do not trace the base to create a new base for sale.
• Do not use the base in any AI training datasets or AI image models.
• Do not remove or cover my signature on the final artwork (you may move it if needed, but it must remain visible).

NSFW BASES

• You must be 18+ to purchase, download, or use any of my NSFW bases.

FILE HANDLING

• Buyers may save backups privately, but may not upload the PSD online or make it available to others.
• If you lose the file, you must re-download it from your itch.io library rather than asking for a new copy.

CREDIT

• Credit is appreciated when using the base (link to my itch.io or website).

COMMERCIAL PERMISSIONS

• You may profit from finished artwork made using the base.
• You may not use the base for mass-produced commercial merchandise (e.g., print runs, enamel pins, mass apparel) without permission.

EDITS & ADD-ONS

• You may add your own lineart layers or assets.
• You may not sell your edited version as a new base unless the original lines are fully removed and unrecognizable.

REFUNDS

• All sales are final due to the digital nature of the file.
• No refunds once the file has been downloaded.

ENFORCEMENT

• I reserve the right to void access or blacklist individuals who break these terms. This includes future purchases, commissions, or access to updates.
